If you sold a home in California through Coldwell Banker, Prudential California Realty (in Southern California only), RE/MAX, Century 21, or ERA Real Estate, you could get a payment from a class action settlement. A settlement will provide up to $39.34 million to pay claims from California home sellers who purchased a Property I.D.
